Last Updated: July 2026

1. Reporting Abuse

If you believe a Lumixa Cloud service is involved in abuse, fraud, malware, phishing, spam or another security incident, contact support@lumixacloud.com. Please include the affected domain or IP address, timestamps, a clear description and supporting evidence.

2. DMCA Notices

Copyright owners or authorized agents may submit a copyright complaint to support@lumixacloud.com. A complete notice should identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, its location, your contact details, a good-faith statement and confirmation that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

3. Review Process

We review credible reports and may request additional information. Depending on the circumstances, we may notify the customer, restrict access, remove or disable the reported material, or take other action under our policies and applicable law.

4. Counter-Notifications

A customer who believes material was removed in error may contact us with an explanation and relevant supporting information. We may restore material when appropriate and permitted by law.

5. False Reports

Reports must be accurate and submitted in good faith. Knowingly false, misleading or abusive reports may result in rejection and may affect the reporter's ability to submit future notices.

6. Emergency Reports

For an active threat involving immediate risk to people, systems or data, include the word EMERGENCY in the subject line and provide all available technical details.
