AcceptableUse Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains how Lumixa Cloud services may be used. It applies to every account, service and network connection provided by Lumixa Cloud.

2. Prohibited Activities

• Illegal activity, fraud, phishing or identity theft.
• Malware, ransomware, botnets or unauthorized access attempts.
• Network scanning, DDoS attacks or attempts to disrupt another service.
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging or abusive automated traffic.
• Copyright, trademark or other intellectual property infringement.

3. Resource And Network Abuse

Customers must operate services responsibly and within their plan limits. Activities that degrade infrastructure, impact other customers or create a security risk may be rate-limited, suspended or terminated.

4. Investigation And Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action when necessary to protect our infrastructure, customers or third parties. Enforcement may include warnings, suspension, termination or reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Reporting Abuse

Reports of suspected abuse can be sent to support@lumixacloud.com with relevant timestamps, service details and evidence.

6. Policy Updates

Lumixa Cloud may update this policy as our services and legal obligations change. Continued use of our services means you accept the current policy.
